The IRS will begin accepting electronic files on Friday, January 15, 2010.
  • This year - will you pay the lowest possible income tax?
  • If you qualify for a refund, will it be the maximum?
  • Could something else have been done to increase your refund?

With new and more complex tax legislation appearing each year, tax returns become more difficult to prepare.  And that is why more men and women are discovering that it just makes "good business sense" to have their taxes prepared by a trained, competent, and trustworth tax specialist.

 

A tax return - incorrectly prepared - may amount to an overpayment, an underpayment of your refund, embarrassment, and even ...an audit.


 

HERE'S HOW WE WORK WITH YOU -

  • Local Clients - You can schedule an appointment to meet or drop off at our place or yours.  We offer Mobile Tax Services and can come to your home or place of business or other comfortable place to meet.  You can also conveniently use our Email, Fax, or Mail service.
  • Out of State Clients - You can Email, Fax, or Mail your documentation to us.  By Email you can send your documents to hardgeconnections@gmail.com.  By Fax send them to (866) 225-3943 - its available 24 hours a day and there's no need to call first.  During our hours of operation, we will confirm with you that your documents were received.  By regular mail, please contact us for our mailing address.  We operate out of a home office and cannot publicly post this information.
  • Our Service Policy - A minimum 50% deposit of your total fee is required when you are ready to submit your documents.  The balance is due before we e-file your returns and before we issue your client copy.  (Note - this policy does not apply to clients whose fee will be automatically deducted from their federal refund.)

IMPORTANT - The IRS is beginning to enforce more and more regulations for Paid Tax Preparers.  In order for this office to remain in compliance, it has become necessary for us to have all clients sign an Engagement Letter.  Should we ever be audited, this letter simply confirms the terms of our engagement with you and nature and extent of services we will provide.  Please download this form, sign it, date it and return it to our office either by fax, email or regular mail.  Thank you for your cooperation.

 

ONLINE CLIENT INTERVIEW -

Click Here to access our online Client Tax Organizer which you should complete to the best of your ability.  You will be able to submit this to us directly from our website.  If you have a concern completing the tax organizer, it is in your best interest to at least review it because it may help to remind you of the kinds of information you should make us aware of.  If you are a returning client who had no changes, you can indicate that on the organizer.  Completing the organizer helps to save time.  Download our Privacy Policy here.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION -

Monday through Friday from 9am to 2pm.

Extended Hours are Monday through Friday from 5pm to 7pm (January-April only) and on Saturday's we take appointments from 10am to Noon.  We are closed on Sunday's.

***Please be advised that there are times when we make exceptions and will speak with you by phone or meet with you in person outside of these times.

FEES - Your Fee is determined by the type of form and schedules required for your tax situation, and the complexity of your return if we expect that it may require an extensive amount of time to complete.  Your fee will be quoted to you once we have reviewed your documents and questionnaire.  Please do not quote our fees to you to people who you may refer to us.  Let them contact us directly.  Here's What Your Fee Includes -

*Support will be provided to you should you be audited.  If you request Audit Assistance which involves us responding to letters on your behalf or talking to the IRS on your behalf, etc., this assistance will require additional fees.

**You will receive one client copy either in digital format or print or on a Data CD.  Any additional printed copies or Data CD's are subject to an additional $5 fee.  Additional Email requests are always free.

***After your one free fax, additional faxes that need to be sent at any part of the year are subject to an additional fee.

 

REFER-A-FRIEND and SAVE $10 - Our Refer-A-Friend program entitles you to a $10 credit each time you refer someone to us who uses our service.  The credit can either be applied to this year's service or will sit in your account until next year.  Please understand that we cannot apply the credit until the friend actually pays.

 

MEET OUR TEAM - please feel free to address your questions or concerns to any of these team members.

  • Ktasha N. Hardge, President & CEO of Hardge Connections, LLC.  Ktasha is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and adheres to their Code of Ethics.  She is registered with the IRS as a Paid Tax Preparer under a Personal Tax Identification Number and we are IRS Authorized Efile Providers and are registered under an Electronic Filing Identification Number.  Ktasha brings you 20 years of tax experience and is the professional responsible for preparing all client tax returns.  She is also a Tax Coach and can prepare Personalized Tax Plans which will show you how to keep more of what you make.
  • Marcus McKenzie, Business Manager.  Marcus is the main person who will keep you informed about the status and progress of your tax return.  He can also give you an estimated date of when to expect your refund, if you are due one.  Marcus will also collect your payment information when necessary.
  • Olivia Harris, Client Service Coordinator and Licensed Notary Public (NY).  Olivia is the person who is responsible for making sure each client receives their client copy.  oharris60@gmail.com
